In my 39 years of business life, I have been exposed to many consultants, both local and overseas. They consulted in all aspects from a “hard point of view” (technical) to a “soft point of view” (people development), so I have seen them all. I have experienced the theoretical consultant to the practical consultant. I have been asked to say a few words on Odyssey Consultinc led by Anthony Watkins who have been Scotiabank’s consultants in both Organisational and Leadership development for the last 8 years. The fact that they are still our consultants is testimony of their invaluable contributions to Scotiabank. I have found then to be able to combine local issues and culture with international best practices and deliver in a very innovative manner making it very simple for us to understand, absorb, internalise and effect which makes our transformation journey so much easier. To me, Tony Watkins is world class and so are his people at Odyssey.
