EXTENDED  DISC BEHAVIOURAL PROFILE
- The People Factor

 

Over the past fifteen years we at ODYSSEY CONSULTinc have used with great effect, the BEST Behavioural Profile as a reputable tool in our interventions.  Some of the advantages have been obvious – it has been extremely user-friendly and appropriate for clients. 

As we build on its foundations and move into the future we have chosen to move to a new tool – the Extended DISC Profiling System.  The Extended DISC closely parallels the BEST but offers some additional advantages:

  1. It is web-based, allowing for completion by clients prior to sessions
  2. It offers both word descriptions and graphic presentations of the styles
  3. It can be analysed for team and for individuals
  4. It will allow for compilation of data and provide a base for research and analysis.

 

 
The People Factor
