Initiated by the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, facilitators and trainers from across the island engaged in an interactive and experiential learning workshop designed to build knowledge and capacity in areas such as Adult Learning, Training Design and Delivery and Evaluation Techniques.
Tapping into the diversity of both facilitator and learner experiences, the process actively engaged everyone in what was labelled "a different, totally innovative, learning-filled and impactful workshop".
