This involves the constant interplay between the creative and the practical, the conceptual and the concrete.  Our work, like this publication, is about asking the critical question, seeking to understand, and engaging in action that is guided by a concern for human well-being and a search for truth. 

   There is no one right answer but rather a journey, a process that tests, varies and validates both the end and the means.  It involves "interpretation, understanding and application".  It is about freedom to act, always in ways that are risky. It is our intention to guide, influence, lead and accompany our organisational, societal and individual clients on this journey.
