NEIVE SMITH-THOMAS is the Business Manager / Consultant at ODYSSEY CONSULTinc. She brings fifteen years experience in the Financial Sector and over seven years experience in Training & Development.

She has successfully designed and delivered training interventions for all levels of the organization in sectors as diverse as Finance, Hospitality, Health, Energy and Retail Distribution. In her capacity as Business Manager / Consultant, she has developed her skills and successfully applied them to our Whole System Approach to Organisational Development.

As Business Manager, she is central to the organisation’s functioning and has the primary responsibility of mobilizing and managing the Operational, Administrative and OD resources for optimal service delivery.
