Anthony Watkins
CEO / Principal Consultant
Mr. L. ANTHONY WATKINS is the CEO/Principal
Consultant and founder of Odyssey Consultinc. In his capacity
as CEO he has built this organization from literally a ‘one
man’ consultancy focused on Personal and Professional
Development to one focused on Organisational Development
for Whole Systems.
After majoring in Psychology at the University of Toronto
he worked extensively in the fields of Social Pathology/Mental
Health, Correctional Services and Psychiatric Forensic Assessment.
After returning to Trinidad and Tobago
in 1980, he worked as a Guidance Officer, tutored with the
University of the West Indies School of Continuing Studies
and was the National Coordinator for the Attitudinal Development
Project of the Youth Training and Employment Partnership
Programme (YTEPP).
A Member of the Human Resource Management Association of
Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) since its formation in 1989,
Mr Watkins has served two terms as the Association's Secretary.
He has served as a member of the Board of Management of
CARIRI, the Board of Directors of National Petroleum Marketing
Company Limited (NP), the Commissions Board of the Trinidad
and Tobago Defence Force and the Trinidad and Tobago Public
Service Commission.
He was a contributing consultant on an international team
working on the preliminary design and development of the
United Nations Staff College and is a Partner and Director
of a Toronto-based consulting firm, Global Management Solutions
Inc.

Business Manager
In her role as Business Manager, NEIVE
THOMAS is central to the organisation’s functioning
and mobilizes and manages Operational, Administrative and
OD Resources for optimal Service Delivery.
Neive joined Odyssey Consultinc in 1998
with fifteen years experience in the banking sector in both
Operations and Training and Development.
In her role as Consultant she designed and delivered Organisational
Development services to ODYSSEY’s client system.
The changing face of the organization
has enabled her role to grow to that of Business Manager
with Key Responsibilities for Programme Management…To
drive the core business of the organisation, Client Relationships…To
build value-adding relationships and Business Growth and
Development….To co-generate the expansion of business.
Asha
Watkins (Ms.)
Assistant Business Manager
ASHA
WATKINS is the Assistant Business Manager and has been with
the organisation since inception. In her role, she works
closely with the Business Manager in support of Service
Delivery.
Asha
is also charged with the responsibility of overseeing the
marketing and branding of ODYSSEY CONSULTinc and the Coordination
of internal projects related to the implementation of systems
and procedures within the organisation.
On the Organisational Development side of the business Asha
has supported and worked on numerous interventions in the
areas of Strategic Planning, Visioning, Change Management,
High-Level Business Process Redesign and Whole System Change.
She is qualified in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing
and holds an Associate of Science Degree in Management,
as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration. Asha is
currently pursuing her Bachelor of Laws.
