CORINNE
HOLDER brings twenty-eight years of directly related and diversified experience in commercial banking. Experience backed by related training and development workshops and seminars in the design and delivery of competency based learning, action learning and group centered learning, and a solid background in administration, supervision and human relations. During her tenure with the Bank of Commerce T & T Ltd. her responsibilities included facilitating in-house workshops and programmes, designed to implement the organisation’s cultural change initiatives.
As a senior Training Officer, she co-ordinated the Continuous Improvement Process which improved the leadership effectiveness of the organisation and made visible difference in the organisation’s quality service delivery. Corinne is trained by the NTL Institute (USA) in their Human Interaction Lab Programme and Diagnosing Organisations with Impact Workshop. She is also trained by the Disney Institute in the Disney Approach to Quality Service.
She joined ODYSSEY CONSULTinc in 2000 as a Consultant/Training and Development Practice Leader.
Corinne has experience working with a wide variety of organisations in Trinidad and Tobago and the region. She has designed and delivered training interventions to top organisations including Bank of St. Lucia, Barbados National Bank, Inc., C.L.I.C.O., Caribbean Airlines, the IMA, the EMA, Sports & Games Ltd., T.S.T.T.; this represents a small sample of the companies she has worked with in the past.
Corinne has the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and is an excellent motivator and confidence builder. Her professional approach, knowledge and experience are combined with a refreshing sense of humour, a calm supportive manner and a friendly delivery style.
