ADAM MONTSERIN is an experienced and highly qualified Organizational Development specialist with extensive experience in Organization Transformation, Change Management and Leadership Development.  He holds an associate degree in Tourism Management, BSc in Management from the University of The West Indies and an MBA from the University Of The West Indies Institute Of Business specializing in Human Resource Management, and Organization Development and Change. His academic qualifications are complemented by numerous professional programs and certification in Information Technology and Information Systems, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.

In addition to the Organization Development work he has done with numerous private and public sector organizations locally and regionally, Adam has pioneered major initiatives in eGovernment transformation at the national and regional levels including the development of national eGovernment strategies, directing the implementation of major ICT Projects and the development of the Caribbean eGovernment strategy.
